National Convention and Elmon Williams Leadership Academy
The National Convention is an annual event that provides two events in one.
The National Convention is the annual meeting of the National Fraternity of Kappa Delta Rho. The Board of Directors presents reports and findings to the chapters and alumni delegates for review. Any proposed changes that will affect chapters and alumni corporations are also presented.
The Elmon Williams Leadership Academy is a leadership program for all chapter members to learn more about being an effective leader in the chapter and in the professional world. All chapter members that attend the programming are considered graduates of the annual programming.
The programs found at the Elmon Williams Leadership Academy change each year. It is recommend that an individual who attended the Academy last year, attend each year to review and learn more about becoming a leader.
The 2008 National Convention is August 6-10 in Toledo, OH.
