Regional Conclaves
Your chapter advisor(s) are also invited and may attend as well. The conclaves will start at 1:00 PM and will continue through 5:30 PM. The Regional Conclaves are structured to make attendance as easy as possible for your members. The only cost incurred by your members is travel to and from the host chapters.
The Regional Conclaves are structured to make attendance as easy as possible for your members. The National Fraternity is able to supply lunch during the day on Saturday. The only cost incurred by your members is travel to and from the host chapters.
As with previous years, the Conclaves will be "dry". The Conclaves are educational by nature, and alcohol in any capacity is contradictory to the learning process. It is your responsibility to share this information with all that will be attending from your chapter. If this policy is violated, the offenders will be excluded from the event, and sent home; your chapter may also face punitive sanctions for their behavior. I do not want this to be misunderstood, hence my expressing this information in such a frank manner. This is going to be a fun and enjoyable weekend for all that attend. Don't let the actions of a few spoil it for the many.

What you will need to bring:
Each delegate will need to supply their own bedding. Sleeping bags are highly suggested as space is very limited and many will be on floors. Aside from toiletries and clothing, each attendee will only need a couple dollars spending money for any incidentals that members may want to purchase. Notebooks and pens will be a very helpful item.
