LEO T. WOLFORD AWARD AWARDED TO EPSILON

Chapter at Franklin College Wins Outstanding Campus Involvement & Awards

 

GREENSBURG, PA – The National Fraternity of Kappa Delta Rho is pleased to announce that the Epsilon Chapter of Kappa Delta Rho at Franklin College in Franklin, IN was recently awarded the Leo T. Wolford Award for outstanding campus involvement & awards. The award was presented on Sunday, August 11, at the Elmon M. Williams Leadership Academy in Pittsburg, PA. The award is given to the chapter that achieves the most consistent involvement and leadership in campus organizations by all its members over the previous academic year.

 

The Epsilon Chapter of Kappa Delta Rho at Franklin College in Franklin, IN was founded in 1919. The awarding of the Leo T. Wolford Award for outstanding campus involvement & awards to the chapter is a reflection of their hard work, commitment, and dedication to the mission of Kappa Delta Rho to create a living organization that actively challenges each member to rise above everyday pursuits, be of character, and confront the needs of our modern society by placing honor before all things. The award is named after Leo T. Wolford who was a dedicated and involved brother during his time as a member of the Epsilon Chapter at Franklin College. He served as the Fraternity Grand Consul from 1921 through 1924 and as National President from 1936 through 1941.

 

Kappa Delta Rho is an American college social fraternity spread throughout the United States. The fraternity places emphasis on Fellowship, Leadership, Scholarship, Service, and Tradition.
