The Paul A. Downes Iota Beta Scholarship was endowed by the alumni of Iota Beta and his other KDR friends. Brother Downes, Gamma ’68, has served the National Foundation in a leadership role for over twenty years, including seven years as the president and also served the National Fraternity many, many years as the editor of the Quill and Scroll and Grand Pontifex.
